NTSB investigating aircraft incident at Reagan Airport

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is investigating an incident at Reagan National Airport involving two aircraft coming in close proximity.

The agency announced the investigation on Friday over Twitter. The NTSB provided no further details in the statement.

Does anyone know the flight numbers of these two planes and where they were coming from?

It was an Air Force helicopter based at Andrews Air Force Base (call sign MUSSEL 9) flying to close to a Republic Airlines flight. Don't have flight number.
